Welcome to Fullen’s School of Self Defense

Established in 1994 and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in martial science,

Fullen’s School of Self Defense teaches a full range of techniques, ideas and concepts for personal defense and protection.

From alertness and awareness training to ‘dirty’ street survival tricks; from weapons use and defense to date rape prevention; from home protection tips to safe driving concepts… all taught within the constructs of the brutally effective martial art of Chinese Kempo-Karate.

Inside these pages you will also learn of our outstanding children’s program that teaches kids to develop confidence, respect, and awareness in a healthy, fun environment. Age appropriate and socially responsible karate techniques are blended with fine- and gross-motor skills training to help kids not only defend themselves, but to enhance their participation in other extra curricular sports and activities.
