When children develop confidence in their social and physical skills, they gain a sense of accomplishment and control that carries over into all other aspects of their lives, thus giving them the inner strength to do the right thing and to think for themselves. And sometimes kids need all the help they can get to overcome negative peer pressure.

At Fullen’s School of Self Defense we naturally believe that being able to defend oneself is very important. But we also know that there are other, equally important benefits to be gained from involving your child in a martial arts program. That’s why our goal is to teach our students to respect and believe in themselves while training in an atmosphere of mutual respect and cooperation.

Our kid’s karate program teaches realistic, responsible methods of non-violent self defense as well as age appropriate physical techniques in a fun and challenging environment.
